Organizations don't hug back

It's the people in them!

I’ve been thinking over the past couple of days that, in general, organizations don’t “hug back.” It’s the people in them who hug us. A good organization promotes that among those in it, a bad one not so much. As I think of the places I’ve been for which I feel fondness, my mind goes immediately to the people there, not to the organization’s logo or colors.
